Business Students Without Borders e.V. (BSWB) is an organisation of HHL students that primarily aims at enabling business students to actively contribute to projects in the region Leipzig as well as in developing countries. The members want to provide theoretical and practical assistance in economic matters on a local and international level. For this purpose, the students participate in existing projects or try to develop own initiatives in order to apply their business knowledge and experiences to help people help themselves in a sustainable and responsible manner.

March 2011
After the great success of the last bottle collection in November/December last year with more than 600 collected bottles for "Christmas in a Shoebox" and other projects, it is time for the next round.
This time we will support a great project in cooperation with CoffeeCircle - a startup of HHL alumnus Martin Elwert in Berlin. The project we will support with the money from the collected bottles and which will be monitored by the Coffee Circle founders provides schoolbooks for a school in Ilketunjo, Ethiopia. This school currently only has a few books for its 1,200 students and we want to help so that each student receives sufficient study material for effective learning.
